How to: Use the DriveSpace utility.
Solution:
Click the 'Start' button on the 'Start' menu and select 'Programs'. Select 'Accessories', select 'System Tools', and select 'DriveSpace'. Select the desired disk and select the desired option from the 'Advanced' or 'Drive' menu.
NOTE: The DriveSpace utility should be used only by experienced computer users.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Programs' and 'Accessories'.
3) Select 'System Tools' and 'DriveSpace'.
4) Select the disk drive on which to run DriveSpace from the 'Drives on this computer' list box.
5) Do one of the following:
a) Select the 'Drive' menu and select the appropriate operation.
NOTE: The following are the operations available on the 'Drive' menu: 'Compress...', 'Uncompress...', 'Adjust Free Space...', 'Properties...', and 'Format...'.
b) Select the 'Advanced' menu and select the appropriate operation.
NOTE: The following are the operations available on the 'Advanced' menu: 'Mount...', 'Unmount', 'Create Empty...', 'Delete...', 'Change Ratio...', 'Change Letter...', 'Settings...', 'Refresh'.
